h4 is not yet approved but h4EAD yemo card being produced antundi. Does it mean H4 will be approved in few days ?

that's correct... wait for 1 - 2 weeks, H4 will change to approved status

received H4 EAD card and I797 document of EAD already . waiting for H4 document.

if H4 is approved then atleast spouse can resume work right wth 180 days extn... ideally EAD also gets approved within 2-3 weeks

Inko 25 days undhi for expiration. Aa 180 extension process enti? Employer will take care if we give them the approval notice? Will look up online as well.

forward approval copy that has new I94 and also EAD receipt copy which shows u applied before expiration. That is enough to update I9
