bokka lo leander downtown ..antha hype .  you cannot recreate austin downtown or domain again.  It took decades to create those two places.

main problem : Influx of the people from Cali and other states.  Slowly  they will realize the austin is not cheap anymore.

Yeah true to some extent....... Builders andaru Low Housing inventory choosi dhairyam gaa leptunnaru Prices... Once Supply chain ease ayyi..... Okka sari Housing Inventory 2019-2020 levels ki vellithe......... then they will panic.

Yeah it is not cheap kani taggatle asalu. The house I mentioned will touch 1 million with bidding and upgrades. And it’s not even a superb model or is near to offices or shopping, schools are okay and not near to any charters.

They are less than 2% but in recent article..... I saw 20-25% of land transactions in and around Austin is being bought by Desi uncles.

Supply chain issues povali ante state of emergency teeseyali and I don’t think this administration is going to do that anytime soon. Bokkalo mask mandates ye teeyaledu. Lumber hitting all time highs one more reason for these crazy hikes.
