Move to Charlotte anetodini few years back better than Raleigh but ippudu mana santha mottam ochesi kabza chesi gabbu lepinchar, full casette politics everywhere in Charlotte these days.

3M is very expensive, no way one can afford.

seems it's better to stay in McKinney, Texas. Even with recent price increases, we still affordable. I think Texas will never become this expensive in lifetime.

Yaa. Total monthly expenses easy gaa 20-25k.  Only saving point is good public schools.

if both husband & wife are working in big companies, 500k-1m tc is very easy in bay area. Even more.
