 I have similar thoughts like you and jumped out of bay area 6 months back. Stayed in bay for 10 years amd know what life will be in the future.

Aa weather okkati marketing thappa aa lafoot drug infested homeless hellhole with overpriced with every person living a rat race just to pay their loans is not my cup of tea. The model wont sustain for long and there will be more crime and homelessness.

biggest plus is beach life which is like a dream for me. I dont mind demolishing and reconstructing everything. Big minus is age groups. Mostly old couples are living in those communities. Kids ki same age group neighbours kondaru undatam very important gaa
