last 2 years lo 40 percent periginai rates , but my salary increased only 3% ... I can hardly afford those prices. inka enni rojulu chetilo pattukoni kurchovali?

 inventory is low

buy something affordable and avoid rents you can upgrade later once things settle down

antee buyers andharu multiple jobs ani kaadu, motham WFH batch ani kaadu, kaani talk ayithe adhe kada, multiple jobs n excess income is the main reason for this crazy house shopping spree ani @3$%

Inventory is all time low. Minimum 2 yrs paduthundi correction raataniki. If you need house, just buy it. Don’t wait for prices to come down

one strategy is keep renting for ur own stay and buy a rental in a city that has decent rental returns for an affordable purchase price. you will still get some exposure to real estate while not shelling crazy amounts for ur primary home. the returns will be as huge as compared to hi tech RE markets but you will keep up with avg American RE growth.

I think now it’s not good time to buy since already interest rates increased to 4% and houses prices at peak

Supply chain shortage should come to an end at some point, everything will settle down at some point and may be in a year or 2 max

There explains why crash will come. Nee salary 3%. House prices 60%. Appudu konna vadu ok. IPudu konna vadiki sega will start

Naturally but real estate dhandha Baaga mudhiripoyaaru - they won’t make it happen for some time. Wantedly they r releasing 4-5 lots per month to create hysteria and milking !!

They will go bankrupt if they do it. Someone will cash the opportunity and they have to complete again.
