rmJU72 Posted February 27, 2022 Report Share Posted February 27, 2022 one strategy is keep renting for ur own stay and buy a rental in a city that has decent rental returns for an affordable purchase price. you will still get some exposure to real estate while not shelling crazy amounts for ur primary home. the returns will be as huge as compared to hi tech RE markets but you will keep up with avg American RE growth.
