Anyone working in that company? Or anyone know how is the company to work ? How about job security? Working style.. etc

Not concerned about work. More about the extra time on weekdays , weekends..etc. I’m not in a position to take extra stress due to personal reasons. What about job security? Any possibility of sudden layoffs ?

No layoffs but you need to co-ordinate with off shore and work till like 12AM and wake up at 8AM for client calls and weekend also you have to work 8 hours minimum

Pros

Easy work when things work. Easy to get job

Cons

Bad management- management made us do lots of bad stuff without input by the staff. Horrible

Understood but extra working hours and Micro management will ruin happiness and peace even after you get paid. micromanagement chesthey em chesina peace em untadi? My ex manager used to micromanage. she used to see online status, office lo unnappude, 5 min away lo unna she used to come from her office cabin to watch us what we were doing.
