AP is better and will be better in next 20,30 years. Unlike a single large metro like Hyderabad, there will be decentralized development in many mediocre cities with robust development and high literacy rate in the next 20 years. Looking at the trends from good governance index AP will definitely be in a better position. I would happily live in AP in future. My kids can lead a happy and a developed life in AP.
