Why screen sharing if you are able to do your job? 
and choose the jobs which have less meetings , for me both the jobs have meetings only twice a week or so. If your main job is having 3 hours meetings in a day alone, it’s not worth it for doing second job

Anta bayam unte find another contract and quit FTE.. why stick to shitty FTEs anyways, you become a slave to your company and job, no mobility and constant fear of getting laid off.
