Frnd valla spouse ki extension filing vaadu.....he said he can do it online but if i am not wrong that can only be done for few categories and opt's right?

H4's cant file online kadha? Naaku doubt came yesterday when he asked about how to proceed

Some of my friends told me they also applied h4ead themselvs 

as company paying for me i don’t care 

if you are doing contracting then explore better options

not me baa but yes maa frnd gaadu contractor ..usually most of the cases lo h1 file chesinappude file chestham idhi...but maa vodidhi peculiar case ley...

any how he is planning to do it himself so exploring the options...

He can file h4 extension in online. It's easy and will get the receipt number in minutes.

Not sure about h4 ead

H4 ext online lo cheyochu and not h4 ead . It is better to do paper filing for both get approved at same time .

candidate valla spouse ki already H4 vundhi.....but problem entantey athanu madhyalo he tried for a different job vallu file chesaaru appudu h4 plus and ead dhaani tharuvaatha he choose not to take that opportunity co current H1 ey extn ki file chesaadu but appudu valla spouse out of country so once he is back he is now trying to extend his H4ead that he got from the other company.

ok . Simple ga h4 ead paper filing is the option . epdu stand alone EAD 3 to 4 months lo vastundi .

h4 extension i539 can be applied online,

But h4 ead i765
