baa when many companies across US offering remote permanently why think about companies in Virginia. You can stay anywhere and work for any firm kada. If all companies stop offering remote from next month i agree to your point.

Jobs is the major reason… lots of federal, state projects which go for ever and billing is pretty good for low stress work

VA mostly govt projects baaa.. remote is temporary… all it takes is one HR policy to bring every employee back… for now let’s enjoy WFH
