You can refinance up to the full value of the vehicle. Before DCU used to go upto 120% of the vehicle value but they are not doing it now.

You can request DCU if they can consider the 1.49 APR. Only their main branch has the ability to honor it. They have to submit a ticket for this. Otherwise you have to submit the application and then request the Underwriter to consider 1.49 APR. If you are an existing member and have preapproval, they won’t pull the credit report to submit the application.
