For example I. Bay area non fang but competitive companies like PayPal, eBay sales force are giving 300k for 4 years

Again it depends visa Master lo nuvu anna range ki istaru so it depends on company and vesting is isuualy 3 years to 4 years anna

2. Full time. 160k base+15% bonus+ 20k sign on bonus+40k RSUs

Which tech?

if you don’t have visa issues (EAD or GC), take the c2h role and get that $140/hr billing… after 6 months, ask them to extend or jump to another good billing job..
