Years ago I posted about a man who left his job to built a 74 foot boat in his front yard, he went through hell is launching it - mainly because no company was ready to sell insurance to him and the port authority  won’t let him in without insurance. He sold everything he got to fulfill his passion..hats off to the guy. In btw, he was a oracle DB engineer and he left his job in 2008 or something and since then  he has been building this ship
