how to get haritha haram plants in hyderabad

I'm planning to take up the initiative to plants tress in our colony I grew up back home, we have a maid at home so with his help wanted to plant tress in our colony(3-4 streets).

I have bought 10 plants later heard TS govt supplies plants for free ..not sure how to approach them, called the help-desk but no response...
