Priority date question

My Perm was filed in 2014 , however my 140 approved in January 2015 

my pmPD is 2015 Jan 

I saw some where PD is when you file PERM 

is that true

Your pd is when u filed perm nee 140 mida untadi priority date , check properly u might have a chance to file 485 this month

No I filed in 2014 but my PD is 2015 on 140 

can this be changed by raising any issues ?

U have to raise sr and fix it very important considering the dates moved

mee immigration dept or lawyer eppudu file chesaro adi imp but not when you submitted your paperwork. Did you check the date on ETA 9089 when you signed on I140 form?

Yes it should be the date on which perm filed.

check with your attorney when did they filed

Perm file chesinappati date ye untadhi va PD ante.. nothing to do with 140 approval or application
