Here's is the order.

1. Linux - be at least intermediate skill 

You can use your laptop

2. CI/CD tools. Jenkins is sufficient in most cases. You can install Jenkins on your machine and do all sorts of experiments

3. Git . 

4. Solid understanding of cloud technology if your products or apps are using them.

5. Python or bash .  scripting to start with.

6. Solid understanding of REST API. This is required for automation 

Rest all you can learn based on the need. There are too many tools but no point in learning if you are not using them

 

Plus hands on with one cloud provider gcp/azure/AWS

Not enough you need to know Java too, Java is still very widely used

You need both bhayya, Python can't be used in every place Java is used and vice-versa. 

I learned Java in a month, it's doable
