There is no problem if you have multiple W2's on GC. The more you have, you have to pay more taxes. Also, check your non-compete agreement and see if you have any clause that say you shouldn't work for competitor's or anyone else. Keep it confidential in the company and I guess even if you have that clause they can't find it out unless you tell your colleague that you are doing 2 jobs.

good man, but make sure the first company doesnt know.....if you are breaking NDAs, you might face legal issues. depends on how bad@ss the HR wants to deal with it
