Komaram Bheem alias NTR is a tribal saviour (intro), britishers keep taking the tribal girls back to town as slaves. 

Ram Charan intro as police officer in the British Raj (Ram charan flashback as unemployed youngster who wants to make it big), Alia bhatt his lover, leaves her and comes to town and joins British Raj

Komaram and Ram charan meet accidentally (train incident shown in trailer) become friends

When they visit town and do Naatu Naatu dance, NTR sees the girl that was kidnapped from his tribe. He tries to save her and revolts against those who kidnapped her meaning revolting against British Raj

Clash between friends as Ram charan needs to fight for British Raj against NTR - Action episode probably Interval

In the meantime, alia bhatt is attacked by the Britishers (reasons unknown maybe they learn that Ram and Bheem are friends etc), Ram charan is attacked and he is jailed for a long period 

He realizes he is on the wrong side (probably learns Devgan's flashback as well) 

Bheem helps Ram escape from jail and together they fight against the Britishers...
