sounds way too complicated.

keeping the money black, investing in gold, or land or these days bitcoin (somewhat rarer) makes way more sense.

They won't use as personal investment, they use that white money to fund external activities like politics, construction etc..for SSR level, much of this money is definitely handled by poiticians or movie biggies. BB-2 earned 2000 cr almost, where will that producer's money go ? They all are settled in US and mostly havala to feed consultancies to funnel them back during elections etc
