First of all this 6-8 hrs sleep is a myth. As long as u complete good 3 sleep cycles (in to deep sleep) ur body should be fine for reset. If ur waking up fuzzy and restless then u have to make changes to ur evening routines by 4pm start winding down and hit gym or some physical activity. Take good shower and dinner in beggar mode. Takes time but ur bio clock should catch up soon Quote
