How to get sound 7 to 8 hrs of sleep??

not just  3-4 hours May b 5 hours but don’t have sound sleep

Go for a long walk 3-4 hours before sleep time 

don’t eat anything 3-4 hours before sleep 

no electronics before 1 hour of sleep

First of all this 6-8 hrs sleep is a myth. As long as u complete good 3 sleep cycles (in to deep sleep) ur body should be fine for reset.  If ur waking up fuzzy and restless then u have to make changes to ur evening routines by 4pm start winding down and hit gym or some physical activity. Take good shower and dinner in beggar mode. Takes time but ur bio clock should catch up soon

Wake up early at 6. My daily scrum starts at 8 so I have to sleep early and it's working like charm

Runnning in the evening , no electronics before 1 hour and 15 mins of book will help. Of course Chex or M before sleep will also help.
