Reduce screen time and read good book before going to bed. Read paper book not on phone/tablet. Keep meditation music on bluetooth speakers . Dont use headphones. Exercise. Quote

It will help u with sleep but there might be other issues with u like stress or health issues.. see Doc first , 3hrs is pretty bad Quote
