2 commercial complexes, 1 restaurant at hometown- so far I invested. Many businesses and ideas in mind which I can tell once I can do them 
 

its up to you how much you want for your retirement, my goal is to get fixed monthly rental or business income of 4 lakhs without doing anything. Other investments and appreciation for my lands are icing on the cake

These are in my hometown not in cities, still getting better rents in tier 2 cities/ towns these days.
