Why to take cash from realtor , it will end up as income and u pay taxes instead ask your realtor to include that cash in closing credit, that way it stays in the closing disclosure and no income for you. some realtors will say not more than this amount I can add ani,, in that case pay off your HOA 1 year a head ...
