doubts on pub raid

pubs lo drugs use is not new and it didnt start yesterday, it was happening all these days (24x7x365 days), it would have stopped long back

some rich kid is taking drug or having fun is not a common man problem like high prices or jobs..etc

common man priorities are different than getting to know which celeb is going pub or taking drug.

here my doubt is, generally police raid these pubs only in few instances 

1. to divert the news from major issues

2. revenge or personal grudge on some celebs or politicians

3. or newly joined ankusam rajashekar to prove himself to be in news than addressing the real problems

KCR wants to prove that he is taking some action on drugs. Otherwise opposition will have an opportunity to criticize.
