2008-2010 batch. I think same time lo AndhraFriends DB started. Job trails vesthu, appatlo ee DB lo timepass chesevallam.

Yeah…I only got washed on one deal but that was pretty painful as well! Tried to do a flip in Florida. Committed to paying $285k for the home. By the time it was built, was only worth just over 200k. By the time we reached a settlement a couple yrs later, house was barely worth $150k!

2008 was brutual for many states specially MI, NV, CA, home were down 50% and foreclosures were skyrocketing leaving entire neighborhoods to default state quickly, some neighborhood in MI have not still recovered from that

2008 recession was a good lesson never to go beyond your leverage, i think this is happening now with too many desis buying homes at these prices for investment purpose, ideal would be wait for crash and buy for investment, aatram agadu akda due to peer pressure
