They did not ask in Hyd or Del.

Yeah not that easy. Most of us are from towns about 4-5 hours to Hyderabad.

The issue here is getting that RTPCR within 24 hours !

yes you need negative rt-pcr report and vaccination report for all eligible travelers 

they will check at check in counter first. and then check randomly at port of entry
