I know lots of ladies who have H4 ead unused from many years. Job cheyyali ane zeal unna ladies either fresh H1 or H4 EAD or GC EAD , yedo oka route lo job kodatharu.

infact for first few years their work dedication & learning passion will be awesome.

vadu ala useless fellow kabatte manaki situation ila undi bhayyya..

ee rule 1000 lo 1 ki probability untundi... where their H4 is approved but EAD is still pending..in this case their I94 got extended but still doesn't have work auth...appudu ee automatic extn rule apply chesukovachu

correct... if h4 is approved just for 1 year then your I 94 is one year valid and this rule will expire in 1 year... basically if you applied H1, H4 and EAD all before its expiry date..... and if you got H1 and H4 approval and EAD is still pending

 then in this case your EAD is auto-extended either for 540 days or until your new I94 date which ever comes first

automatic extn ante...you still have to apply EAD before its expiry date but can still continue employment  after EAD is expired provided if H4 approval is received with new I94 date..your employer will just update I9 with your H4 approval copy I94 date and EAD will still be approved/rejected later by USCIS. If approved then u get new card

I am stil confused about our situation...my old H1b is valid this 09/2022....got h4 and h4 EAD till 09/2022....in 2020 I moved to a different employer and new h1 is valid till 09/2023 but pundakors gave the H4 with old date i.e 09/2022...trying to get it fixed since october and enni Service requests raise chesina no use..say if they fix it,will we get auto extension once filled?...i94 is expired

if they fix ur H4 with new I94 date as 09/2023 then file your EAD extension (I765 form) before 09/2022 and have the receipt number. Pass on the receipt number and your new H4 approval copy that has I 94 date to ur employer... you should get this rule applied
