So without using Circle's radii it is impossible to get the lentgh of the rectangle? In that case for me it looks like insufficient data.

remove 2 (radius of middle circle) and 1.5 (radius of small circle) remaining is 2.5. 
 

6-(2+1.5) = 2.5

That's assumption..because these circles are not connected as a linear tangent..
