i am answering for @coffee about how did you got one side of triangle as 2.5. Daniki pythagoras endhi pure addition and subtraction.

we have only circle measurements... based on circle measurements we need to find the rectangle measurements...

remove 2 (radius of middle circle) and 1.5 (radius of small circle) remaining is 2.5. 
 

6-(2+1.5) = 2.5

That's assumption..because these circles are not connected as a linear tangent..
