I did force refresh( ctrl+f5 )whenever I got that concurrent user message window to get past and go to next screen…instead of clicking back. DO NOT refresh on the screen where you have Counsulate dropdown..they might lock your account due to suspicious activity.

Yes interview waiver eligible aithe you can dropbox anywhere irrespective of your interview location.

thats correct...as of now they enabled that rule from April 4...not sure if they change it again
