Actually raagi and jonnalu are better alternatives....and they are often cheaper 🙂 also, all people (in this DB )   don't need that many carbs anyways...😂

 

Lots of vegetables + protein  is enough- I used to laugh when I see typical American entree ( which has meat and veggies ) and it took me 20 years to realize they are right all along.
