VW never had any plans to establish a plant in Vizag, middlemen scammed the government citing they will mediate and make attempts to bring VW to Vizag. Why would any company want to invest in a city which has no ancillary inputs to auto industry ?

As a CM, one would have absolute powers and access to resources. So CBN cannot claim he did unprecedented and unexpected feat while holding the power.

-Bangalore had satellite connectivity and that was the first, thanks to ISRO and State CM has nothing to do with it. The first connectivity line was provided by ISRO and then VSNL. This was the reason why companies left Pune and relocated to Bangalore.

Infact Bangalore was thriving with outsourced tech jobs much before SM Krishna came to power. It all started during Gundu Rao but no one stakes claims like CBN does.

If you go a bit further down, Godavari Anacut was built by Sir Arthur Cotton during 1940-1950, which is almost feeding whole of AP even today
