Bangalore and Chennai were default destinations for software at that time and without effort none would come to Hyderabad. And who knows someone in karnataka might have claimed credit back in those days. He at least did the work that other states CMs didn’t do right.

Hyderabad was poised to develop no matter what. It was already a metropolitan city.
