nikhilboorla Posted May 29, 2022 Report Posted May 29, 2022 I went to visa interview on Dec 1st for my 1st time h1b stamping from india. Previously traveled to US and returned back in 2014 Now status is admin processing since Jan 5th with 221g blue slip issued (asked client letter, project details and employees list)and given a casenumber to track the pasthert.Latest update is they have asked for employer tax returns for last 2 years on APRIL 14 and sent them next day. Please suggest what can i do to expedite the process. Its been almost 5 months and no update from them. Note: I have sent documents on Jan 4 and it was refused and changed to Administrative Processing within 1 day. 1 Quote

No use now sending mail to senator....also sending follow up mail once a week but thinking to send every 2 days from now. Few of my friends who came from US got their visa stamped within 10 days...i think it's nothing to do with backlog 1 Quote
