how is it savings ba. Okappudu pensions undevi ippudu 401k - retirement lo brathakali kadha ? same with 529 plans it is also future expense.

Savings for me are money you can decide on what you spend - like new fancy car or extra large house or passing it to future generations or giving it to someone.

They have to save if they want to retire in america and lead same lifestyle. Else they need to move to places with cheaper cost of living.
