I worked for just 3 months for Microsoft's travel business wing Expedia, via an Indian based service company...

DHOOLA THEERIPOOYINDHI.... its not very complicated one, just a Configurable Actor Pool size, Actor-based Concurrency System with Akka-Actor Model. Just pulling records of various types from various data sources like Messaging System, Stream sources, No-Sql sources and RDBMS sources and aggregating them into a single Data source.
