Best is to eat before 6 pm and if you feel hungry drink cup of green tea or salt water . Before going to bed it’s always advisable to have food 3 hrs before . Hunger is just a feeling you can pass on . Eating nutritious food and staying away from food smells , making yourself active in some other activity will help you to stay away from cravings 1 Quote
