maa time la kuda taj deccan unde freshers and farewell and so 90% of colleges in Hyderabad, but no body expecting such things to happen. This incident will be an eye opener for sure.

People will judge the girl based on the dress she is wearing - if thats appropriate for underage girl to wear that , even during daytime.

No not my point, irrespective of what she wears it is a wring thing to do, collectively it is the age, atmosphere/setup and peoples mindset which often becomes a contributing factor to these sort of crimes
