I agree there are gaps in the judicial processing but bail terms are subjective as per case basis. Every civilized world works in that way and doesn’t treat accused as an offender until the judgement passes. We live in a reactionary world and unfortunately the judicial processing won’t work that way and it is for our good sometimes. Quote
