phatposts Posted June 10, 2022 Report Posted June 10, 2022 USCIS is asking/recommending for interfiling. So far that has not proven to be detrimental. Ask your lawyer and decide what works best. My personal feeling is go for refiling if it is straight EB2 filing. Your application will definitely go to NBC where 485 adjudications are faster. If interfiling, send medicals no matter what. Birth certificate issues unte start looking for alternatives - like India nunchi, leka non availability paperwork from Indian embassy in the US etc. 1 Quote
