Why people want to extend I-94?

Class of Admission : 

H1B

Admit Until Date :

08/10/2022

 

MY H1B new petition is approved and valid until July 2025.

 

Do i need new I-94?

You will have new i94 on 797 approval notice and it is your i94 until you go out of the country and come back
