Though you can afford smart way is to rent for now. Both home values and interest rates are exorbitantly high Think of it this way.. If you have to pay rent or home EMI from pay check which is your active income..better rent If you already have some investments and get you passive money like some 500-1000 a month which is literally free money they buy a home.
