Office lo leqdership team chepthunnaru, the only reason they are not forcing people to come to office is because there was lot of hiring after covid and they might resign if you ask them to come to office. KadapaKingg Posted June 16, 2022 Report Posted June 16, 2022 The labor market is still tight. Most of the contractors are doing 2 to 3 jobs. Recession usually means 3 to 5% contraction.. A 3 to 5% contraction in job market is not enough to offset the tightness in labor market especially contracting where there is a 150 to 200% shortage.. Quote
