Are they forcing ppl to join is my first question ? Leaving all aside, I never think that  this much of ppl in Telugu states are desperate to serve country 😂

pros : free service for govt without giving any benefits. 

cons : 75% people will be on roads after 4 years wasting their prime time. 

no guarantee selection will be fair process after 4 years service, and obviously it will not be

asal age limit 21 anta, ante people have to give up their education after +2 to get into this. as people will be around 18-19 by their +2 completion time. after 4 years, if things don't go well they need to come back and start life again. edo bajrang dal or rowdism cheskunta tirugutar inka.

arey howle, no one is forcing, but what about people who already spent years in the process, and waiting for exam which got postponed earlier. vallaki edo oka alternate undali kada... meelantolla jobs enduku potalev ra asal, meek telsochedi aa pain endo

"treat" like govt jobs endhira. It is a govt job. govt job ni govt job kaaka inkela treat chesthaar.

Why cant they make the same rules for IAS / IPS  then - just contract use and throw - no benefit. no pension and no health care.

 

For your kind info, most of the jobs in govt sector are not pensionable (after 2005 recruited). Why don’t these guys ask states to recruit them ?
