Lets say full time pays 200k with sal plus bonus pus benefits plus the job security. And two contracting jobs together pay 340k or 170 per hour - extending every six months. what will you do ?

You are quoting gross salary. 
what is net salary? 
contracting lo additional expenses untayi kadha, like health insurance which is $20k per year for a family of 4. 
bonus is 15% for FT that adds up + stocks oka $15k istharu per year. So your $200k salary is equal to ~$280k in full time. There could be additional perks, like day care reimbursement, sign on bonus, 401k employer contributions, fitness and internet reimbursement…
 

ne case lo $50k gross difference undi from FT to 2 contracting roles. But calculate taxes also. Naku thelsi you will make $25k more per year after taxes. So monthly $2000. Check if it’s is worth, since you will have no liberty to take off, 12-14 hours per day cannot be done for long..
