What is the purpose of Courts in any country

Judicial system should be independent. It should have no vested interest with legislative system. However presidents and senates actually nominate them. So how do you expect judges to be unbiased. They will indeed feel indebted to president and party that supported their candidature. 
 

Same story in India. Bodi and Pizza vaunty will decide country’s fate. Judges and courts are mere formality. 
 

In summary elections are rigged. Judges are puppets. Religious gurus are scammers.

That’s the reason why people want to stay in power…they get to decide everything.

Elections, judiciary etc are only useful at the entry level of society where 90% of the population are made to believe that this a system that works and we all are equal under law.

Then comes the remaining 10% who enjoy the corridors of power and this group is pretty much above everything and system is designed in such a way that it protects the privileaged 10%.

It’s not only courts even s h e r i f f s are elected reps .. atleast in India judges are not politically nominated … here they r nominated
