ekkada bro ... i see old homes are sitting in the market for more than 30 days .  are you looking in overrated travissio community ?   Don't bid for over price and regret in future. 

I'm in some realtor group and i'm not a realtor .. get to see their updates. Builders are slowly giving incentives and inventory is going up.
