2 years ago its a different case ..now its all desis man.Austin especially North is like bay area..very decent crowd..not mass like Dallas. There are very few long term austinites..most of them are Californians migrated with cash flow

Its not specific to Austin but dont buy any home more than 1M in texas…You can better rent a big house. Similarly any home more than 2M in bay area is most stupidest decision

Don't bring those things into purchasing a home ..   elsa england elementary scholl 90% asians (80% indians) , cactus ranch elementary 60% asians , patsy somar  60% asians.  ... where is racism when you are majority .

FOMO ledu em ledu ...affordable kabbtti konnaru.     Austin is democratic..  Lot of people moved here from rest of the country.

What do you think about Brushy creek area brother for renting or buying? Have seen folks talk about Leander, George town and others, which are way too far but no one mentioned brushy creek here so far.

brushy creek has two sides .. one is old which falls in round rock area .. homes are built in 1999 to 2005..   There is another side homes built from 2010 to 2020.

Mana desi gallaki new home and new construction kavali.. Brushy creek lo new construction em ledu.   It is a very good area. Buy if you can afford.  There is a section which falls under Patsy sommar elementary school.. which is excellent.

Most important thing to note is that Travisso lo almost 3% property tax rate and imagine paying 45K in property taxes every year. There is no good school around. people living in Travisso send the kids to private schools

Antha petti homes konnarante private schools afford cheyyatam oka lekka na
